$15 per signature/certificate, plus a travel fee based on appointment location.
Loan Signing Agent
Purchase, refinance, and HELOC signings walked through in plain language, with every page reviewed for completeness before it goes back to escrow or title.
Live Scan Fingerprinting
Roll fingerprinting for California DOJ and FBI background check requesters — licensing, employment, adoption, Chiled LiveScan, and volunteer clearance requirements.
$49 per Live Scan form, plus a travel fee based on appointment location.

Home, office, hospital, care facility, or coffee shop — appointments are scheduled around your location and your calendar, across Orange County.
Hard Copy Ink Fingerprint Cards
Traditional ink-and-roll fingerprint cards (FD-258 and state-specific formats) for out-of-state licensing, employment, and background check requirements that don't accept Live Scan.
